All documents necessary for customs clearance shall be provided.

Carriage in specialized rolling equipment with more than 4 axes shall be performed under the additional agreement between the Parties with regard to car dimensions and type of cargo

For certain nomenclature of bulk cargo planned for freight in great volumes, shipload lots simultaneously submitted to the freight, taking into account market conditions and freight directions, special rates may be provided under agreement.

Additionally charged:
Fee for the transshipment of cargo in the Kerch Commercial Port – 1.7 USD/ton.

Fee for covering of expenses of the railway concerning the concentration of the wagon batches at Kerch – Poti direction – 230 USD/wagon, Poti – Kerch direction – 120 USD/wagon.

Terminal expenses in Kerch port (nonhazardous goods) – 320 USD/wagon.

From 01.11.2011 through 31.03.2012 winter surcharge in the amount of 100 USD/unit for trucks, buses, road trains and other wheeled vehicles longer than 6m at the directions Kerch - Poti, Poti - Kerch is established.

From 11.11.2011 due to the increase of Georgia Maritime Administration tariff an increase in the freight rate is established in the amount of 50 USD per wagon in Poti - Kerch direction.

From 15.11.2011 through 31.03.2012 winter surcharge in the amount of 100 USD/wagon for loaded wagons shipping is established (excluding wagons with cargo that has special arranged rates with additional tariff protocols) for all directions.
