Containers in rolling equipment shall be carried only under agreement between the Parties.

All documents necessary for customs clearance shall be provided.

For certain nomenclature of bulk cargo planned for freight in great volumes, shipload lots simultaneously submitted to the freight, taking into account market conditions and freight directions, special rates may be provided under agreement.

Apart from the sea freight, the freighters shall be charged with transshipment charges (HGLG) on the ferry complex of Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk.

In compliance with Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk Rules apart from the sea freight, the freighters shall be charged with ice dues over the period of the declared ice campaign but no less than for 15 days period. If the ice campaign is not declared, the ice dues shall be charged for the period from 1 February to 15 February.
